We help emerging optometrists reduce their student debt, allowing them to start their careers with less financial strain. This initiative not only supports new professionals but also helps us attract talented individuals to serve local communities, especially in underserved areas. By easing the burden of student loans, we enable optometrists to focus on providing exceptional care, helping us address healthcare access challenges and improve the well-being of our community.
